Once the system index restrictions for .fleet-* land in Elasticsearch, we need to engage in deliberate testing of Fleet features to ensure that nothing breaks for superusers of Fleet. More details TBD

Just tested Fleet again, and looks like everything works as expected the kibana system user is used to access all .fleet indices and I was able to enroll, create actions, without any issue.
