If you save a pie chart with spy panel - only spy panel gets displayed in the dashboard(you have to collapse the spy panel explicitly to display the pie chart)

Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior: I created a pie chart and saved it with the spy panel expanded. When I added it to dashboard - instead of pie chart getting displayed - only spy panel gets displayed. I have to explicitly collapse the spy panel to display the pie chart. If I go back to the visualization and save it after collapsing spy channel and reopen the dashboard - it works fine. Only pie chart gets displayed.

Please note - I couldn't really reproduce this bug with any other pie charts. Logging it here after discussing it with Thomas.

This is expected behavior. A chart currently stores whether or not the spy panel was opened when saving it so the state of the spy panel will be preserved. So the spy panel will also be opened when placed on a dashboard. If the remaining chart size is below 180px the spy panel will instead fill the whole container, so the chart won't be drawn "too small".

Since this is intended behavior and #16185 is anyway already worked on, I'll close this.
