As an analyst, I wan the width of my charts to remain static, so that when I apply breakdowns I don't lose context when viewing the updated chart.

Currently, the legend appears only when applying a breakdown. It takes up a good amount of the screen, decreasing the width of the exploratory view chart. This causes the data to shift when going from a breakdown to a non breakdown chart. To mitigate this, we should always show the legend to keep the chart width static.

The legend obviously changes sizes from time to time, but it is always present even when a breakdown is not applied.
