Relates to elastic/uptime#361

As a Web Performance Engineer at an ecommerce company
I want to breakdown the Exploratory View data by calculation, so I can view trends across different percentiles.

ACs:

There is a Breakdown option in series expand row
There is a Breakdown by Percentiles option in the Breakdowns dropdown.
When selected, the data being shown is broken down and grouped into series that correspond to the percentile values for the given data set.

@drewpost
In order to create a breakdown by percentile ranks, we need to apply the percentile operation. This means that the other operation types are no long able to be applied. Did you want us to hide the operation option when percentile breakdowns are applied?

imageAlso, which metric types specific did you want to expose this option for? Some data types don't work well for the percentile ranks, like page views for example.

I'm also noticing that some chart types don't work well for percentile ranks, like bar/area stacked type.

We need to have a little bit of logic here based on the following rule sets:

  • Distribution charts top not have breakdown by percentile, only time series does
  • When breakdown by percentile is shown, we shouldn't show "operation" as it's not relevant
