Describe the bug:

When you go to a freshly deployed pipeline it takes around ~20-30 minutes until the events per second data shows up.

I understand that this is happening due to the way it is calculated. I just think that there should be a disclaimer or notification coming in, informing the user that it will take up to 20-30 minutes until EPS data is properly shown. Otherwise the user might be confused, why the pipeline shows any amount of ingress but 0 events per second in the pipeline details.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Activate logstash monitoring
  2. Create a pipeline
  3. Check the pipeline.
  4. Wait 30 minutes
  5. Check the pipeline again

Expected behavior:

Some sort of note that this is intended behaviour.
