Describe the feature:
On return to a dashboard from lens focus the panel you just came from

Describe a specific use case for the feature:
When you're editing a dashboard panel that is "below the fold"
And you click "Save and return" from lens
I need to re-focus the panel you came from
So I can verify my changes without having to find them again

Closing this in favour of #97064. Although these are slightly different issues, we can solve them both with the same fix, so I will add that information over there.
