[Fleet] Set outputs for an agent policy

In the Fleet agent policy settings page and the create agent policy flyout, users should be able to set outputs for integrations and agent monitoring data. This will override the global default set on the Fleet settings page. It will allow the user to select different outputs from the list on the Fleet settings page. This capability enables Fleet to serve as a single control plane over multiple data planes, which we are targeting for Platinum tier.

Hi Team
We have created 05 testcases for this feature under our Fleet test suite at below links:

• Validate two new fields under Add Agent flyout while creating Agent Policy- Output for integrations and Output for Agent monitoring.
• Validate that both the fields - Output for integrations and Output for Agent monitoring are set to Default (currently default)
• [Self-managed] Validate that non platinum license user can select only default output under policy settings.
• [Self-managed] Validate that user with platinum license should select any available outputs under policy settings.
• Validate that when Default(currently xyz) output is selected for a policy then if user changes the Default output, the current selected output is updated for existing policies.

Please let us know if any other scenario is required to be covered for these changes under Policy Settings.
