Kibana should not allow creation of dashboards with exactly the same name.
This is not user friendly

Even with plans to add metadata to the saved object the user experience will not be good having to identify which dashboard you look for amongst the dashboards with the exact same name #9202

Steps to reproduce:
1.Create a Dashboard with name "test" and save it.
2.Create a new different dashboard and save it with name "test"

3.Go to dashboards, click on open and you see 2 dashboards with the name "test" and one can't identify them without opening each.

We have plans to warn on duplicate naming: #10073 but we don't have any plans to restrict duplicate naming if the user is intent on it.

Closing this since the duplicate name warning is in place. We also now have dashboard descriptions in the listing page, to help distinguish duplicate names.
