Kibana version: master (7.11 - ~7.14)

Both index pattern service and index pattern REST API allows to pass version when creating index pattern, but the version is not passed into saved object client - so it is ignored.

We need to either fix this or omit the version from the API completely to avoid confusion.

Lets omit it for now. I'm not sure why someone would need to use the REST API and provide a version value.
