Revisit OOTB Kubernetes Dashboards

In #3115 we did a first try to:

1. Add new OOTB Kubernetes dashboards
2. Use all the dashboards creation best practises

We need to revisit the OOTB Kubernetes dashboards when some open issues will get resolved.

• Get latest value of fields in visualizations  kibana#132897
• [Lens] Implement new metric grid visualization kibana#134242
• Kubernetes Apiserver metricset collects deprecated metrics beats#31834
• Use Elasticsearch histogram type to store Prometheus histograms beats#32006
• Update kubernetes controller manager metrics and dashboard beats#32007

These affect multiple dashboards.

Dashboards API Server, ControllerManager, Scheduler, Proxy have not been updated by #3115 and an investigation in the metrics those metricsets collect is a prerequisite before updating them, because they currently even use some deprecated metrics.
