HAproxy integration is broken in version 0.7.0 with Elastic Agent 7.17.1

When configuring Elastic Agent with HAproxy integration in 7.17.1 with the version 0.7.0 like in the screenshots the stats metric errors out with a failed to create HTTP request: parse "url:port;csv". I have no idea where the ;csv is coming from.

If I run curl https://localhost:5999/stats;csv I get a csv as answer. If I just run curl https://localhost:5999/;csv I get no server available to handle the request.

I think the module is not injecting the /stats or /info paths according to the dataset.

I think that issue exists in #1608 as well.
