EuiSuggest: Cannot select options using arrow keys #3347

On EuiSuggest: https://elastic.github.io/eui/#/forms/suggest

After typing some input, several options are rendered in a dropdown below the input. I would expect to be able to use up/down arrow to select an option, but it does not work in this case.

Is this intentional behavior?

This component still has a lot of accessibility enhancements to do. It is by design at the moment, but we have a meta ticket to improve interactions for keyboard users here: #2404

Since the referenced issue contains up/down arrow navigation, I consider this ticket a duplicate. Thanks.
