EuiTab needs right click hyperlink context menu ability

The SIEM team is using EuiTab for navigation. This has become problematic as users want to open new tabs easily from the tab navigation. Unfortunately, we are not getting that expected behavior (right click hyperlink menu/command+click opens in new tab). Could the Kibana team please come up with a solution to enable this behavior when tabs are being used as hyperlinks?

EuiTab can be passed any type of child, including anchor elements. However, EuiTabbedContent constraints the tab's name/title to be a string and we should discuss expanding this.

#2275 introduced the ability for tabs to accept href, which enables right-click/cmd+click behavior. It'll be available in the next release.
