Describe the bug
When reviewing #651 I noticed that there can be overlap between the legend and sunburst in Safari when the browser zoom level (View / Zoom ...) is not set to 100%. Other things in eg. Cartesians are breaching boundaries too. Whether it happens under other conditions needs triaging, but on an initial look
it doesn't happen with Crome or Firefox
it's not specific to chart type or what is being rendered (legend, data ink etc.)
protrusion seems to be Southbound and Eastbound
