Describe the bug
When reviewing #651 I noticed that there can be overlap between the legend and sunburst in Safari when the browser zoom level (View / Zoom ...) is not set to 100%. Other things in eg. Cartesians are breaching boundaries too. Whether it happens under other conditions needs triaging, but on an initial look

  • it doesn't happen with Crome or Firefox
  • it's not specific to chart type or what is being rendered (legend, data ink etc.)
  • protrusion seems to be Southbound and Eastbound

Here, upon reducing the width, the X projection shrinks to zero and then becomes negative (highest X is leftmost):

tested in 63.0.0, seems solved (probably a safari issue)
