  • Complete the work on quantitative scale and axis: replace the exiting numerical scale with better grid lines and pluggable zoom&pan
  • Ordinal scale, ordinal and periodic time: provide a solution for zoom/pannable, hierarchical, adaptive ordinal scales
  • Projection unification: pave the way for scatterplot, SPLOM, point/line chart vertical and 2D zoom&pan
  • Strengthening the projection + layer concept: ​architectural restatement of the chart and composite data visualization problem, enable projection sharing and compositing

  • truncate labels at bin size (cartesian, heatmap, small multiples)
