Document X-Pack Security permissions for Beats' Kibana Dashboard Feature #6649

Currently, our instructions don't mention the necessary permissions or role needed to setup Kibana Dashboards for each Beat. It would be helpful to mention that the setup.kibana.username should have the kibana_user role, maybe as a #2 callout in step 4: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/beats/metricbeat/current/metricbeat-configuration.html
