Describe the enhancement:

We currently have a hardcoded amazonaws.com domain name for the AWS integrations.
Some regions in AWS may use a different domain name though (such as China). So we should let customers specify their own domain (or at least the TLD) so they can use the integration with those regions.

Describe a specific use case for the enhancement or feature:
Customers running in the china region.

It seems we already support the CN region in the cloudwatch beat. A specific integration unrelated to this beat has the issue.
