The azure-eventhub input is widely used in observability (Azure Logs) and security (M365 Defender) use cases.
However, it still uses the Input API v1, limiting crucial features like health status reporting to the Agent when an error occurs. For example, if a user sets up the Agent integration with invalid credentials, the worker won't start; the Agent logs an error message, but it is still reported as healthy, which is not the case.
We should upgrade this input to the Input API v2.
