Add support for Haproxy 2.0 in filebeat and metricbeat

Haproxy 2.0 has been already released, we should check if filebeat and metricbeat support them and document or adapt what needed.

We will have to specially check changes in the metrics format. Haproxy 2.0 also includes a prometheus exporter.

    There hasn't been any changes in the format of the logs.

Agreed, HTTP2 & grpc support has been available as version1.9 and version2.0 is currently broken with Metricbeat :(
