Add support for local NVMe storage on Lsv2 VMs

Lsv2 series VMs
have local NVMe storage mapped to each VM. For each 8 vCPUs, a 1 x 1.92 TB NVMe disk is attached.

When no disks are specified and nvme block devices are present on the VM, the NVMe disk should be mounted and used for data storage on data nodes, instead of using the temp disk.
