unable to replicate the results for the Breast Cancer Layer 2

Hi,I followed the procedures mentioned in the paper and tried to replicate the results for the Breast Cancer Layer 2 /Mouse olfactory bulb (Rep 12) datasets. However, I was unable to get the same number of significant genes as listed in the supplemental table 1. If possible, would you please share some sample code for analyzing those two datasets?
