Description

Implement support for for Azure AKS.

This might be done by implementing a new Terraform-based cluster provider for RMK: https://github.com/edenlabllc/azure.provisioner.infra , similar to an already existing https://github.com/edenlabllc/aws.provisioner.infra .

An alternative way might be to use the Cluster API:
https://cluster-api.sigs.k8s.io/introduction
https://capz.sigs.k8s.io/introduction

Both solutions should be evaluated carefully.

The provisioning logic will be handled by https://capz.sigs.k8s.io/ in RMK v0.45.0+.
