Should we add a property for pull-up resistor to list whether it is optional or enabled by default #98

It would be good to list optional internal pull-up resistors, but it also needs to be clear that they are not enabled by default - we may need to expand the pull-up property to include this field (in addition to value).

Add "enabled" field bool

Do we need to indicate what the value of a default enabled pull is? (want to avoid making this a functional model)
