[Feature Request] Changing Profile Pictures

The person who managed the account vex-vsc previously used a personal profile picture. We were looking to update it to our official logo but found it impossible to change. Could the ability to change profile pictures on an account be added, or at the very least have our's updated to the image below?

Hi @vex-vsc, changing the GitHub avatar should change the Open VSX account avatar.

Hi @amvanbaren, thanks for the response. I updated the profile picture on this account and the changes did not appear to reflect on the Open VSX website. This is the second account with this username due to issues with GitHub. Could that have affected the updating process?
