Enable profile support for distributed process methods #618

It's possible to ship process methods with a bundle. The methods must be placed in the following folder:
OSGI-INF/processors

Until now, it was not possible to dynamically modify the process method profiles. This shall be enabled.

When shipping methods, the following option shall be set in the MANIFEST.MF:
Eclipse-BundleShape: dir
