Chart templates of 0.3.3 tag miss license and copyright header

Description

Some of the template files of the tractusx-edc charts, the license and copyright header information is missing. This is mandatory information on all files that are created within this project.

Some examples, where it is missing:

• https://github.com/eclipse-tractusx/tractusx-edc/blob/0.3.3/charts/tractusx-connector/templates/configmap-dataplane.yaml
• https://github.com/eclipse-tractusx/tractusx-edc/blob/0.3.3/charts/tractusx-connector/templates/hpa-dataplane.yaml

Example with present header: https://github.com/eclipse-tractusx/tractusx-edc/blob/0.3.3/charts/tractusx-connector/templates/deployment-controlplane.yaml

Expected

All of the Chart files must have the license and copyright header present

Additional info

There is still the open task #88 that mentioned the general absence of license and copyright information in some files
