WHAT

Analyze the last references where catena is mentioned and decide if it's OK or not. In case it's not ok, remove them or adapt the text there.

WHY

Right now, there are still some parts left, where catena is named/referenced. In some cases it might be OK (e.g., Catena-X as name), but in others (e.g., technical references, like code, URLs, dependencies)
