🐞Action menu missing in parts AsBuilt table

Description

Occured on INT during R24.08 testing:
Sometimes the action menu on all rows disappears and only reappears after moving or clicking inside the table. Happens in Firefox and Chrome.

Current behaviour

Three dot action menu missing on the left for AsBuilt parts. For AsPlanned parts I couldn't find a situation where they are missing (for notifications they are also always visible).

Expected behavior

I expect the action menu to be visible at all times.

Steps to reproduce the Bug

1. Go to part view
2. Switch to quality notifications view
3. Switch back
4. If your mouse is inside of the table when the page loads, you have to click inside for the menus to reappear. If your mouse is outside of the table moving into it is enough to make them appear.
