As user,
I want to be able to filter parts for contractAgreementIds,
so that I can find parts that I need.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Allow filter for contractAgreementId in GET AssetsAsBuiltFilter
  • Allow filter for contractAgreementId in GET AssetsAsPlannedFilter
