Current idea of Agent functioning is conversational. First, a client app sends all data for condition gathering, but not for token asessment, as there are options. Of token asessment phase LA can (not necessary) need to ask a client app for particular values (say, for hardware parameter used in issued license).

It also keeps a license acquisition till it's released.

Thus, here the notion of state erects.

In scope of this task it should be covered by code in application to 'canuse' query.
