Chat sheets development is rooted in the necessity of lowering the barrier to entry for a developer, who's going to use Passage, but does not know how. For mode details see #561556.
Starting point for employing acess cycle is to declare set of features for licensing procestion. Such a declaration is called Licensing Requirement and represented as
Requirement
class.There is a general interface to provide these Requirement at runtime.
There is also two equinox-based implementations of these interfaces, one of 'em allows a developer to declare a funture for licensing protection by means of OSGi @component annotation properties or corresponding xml configuration section.
