Support javacore "Unmounted Threads" section in DTFJ #18686

#18218 added new section into OpenJ9's javacore

1XMVTHDINFO    Unmounted Threads
NULL           =================
...

This should be recognized in DTFJ's jcl/src/openj9.dtfj/share/classes/com/ibm/dtfj/javacore/parser/j9/section/thread/ThreadSectionParser.java
