as mentioned in #246 (comment), adding an actual schema for http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance, would take care of:
without needing specific code for xsi in lsp4xml. So we need to either find an existing schema, or make one from scratch.

http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance is actually a schema but we're not supposed to change anything apparently: https://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema-1/#no-xsi
