Supporting Multiple project simultaneously or in parallel

How do we initialise more than one or several different "project workspaces" simultaneously (active)
Is this scenario possible? can more than one project workspace be opened from different clients and server communicating in parallel to them? LSP allows it?

Question may be stupid, but I am looking forward for valuable responses, suggestions to optimally support this scenario

I am trying to open multiple & different projects on a mounted folder, pointing it to Eclipse JDT LSP each having unique directory path, from more than one client (different browser sessions from different users) connections
