Currently, during workspace startup it is not clear what k8s / OpenShift events happen under the hood on the cluster.

Describe the solution you'd like

As a user, I want to have the 'Events' tab on the workspace startup screen that would have all the events streamed:

The events tab should have the event logs equivalent from k8s / OpenShift:

Release Notes

In addition to the "Progress" and "Logs" tabs we have introduced a new tab called "Events" the workspace starting page. Kubernetes events are streamed on this tab as soon as they happen. This tab can be useful for developers to troubleshoot workspaces startup problems.
