Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

In #15836, we will archive logs on che-server. Now we should make them accessible to the user.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Design che-server API to user can access the logs of his/her own workspaces
  • Initiate work on clients of this API -> dashboard, chectl ?

Describe alternatives you've considered

  • If we choose different storage, like workspace PV, access method could be much different.
