Support namespaces

Now that module dependencies have namespaces we should support them in the Herd:

• We should store them and display them where appropriate
• We could perhaps remove the "Resolve From Maven" button

The second option is because a dependency is either from Maven or it's not. If it's not there's no need for the button and if it is we could perhaps perform the lookup automatically?
