Retired status is visible on front-end without being published #394

It has been detected that when the status "Retired" is set for an item, although the corresponding action is not published, it is displayed in the front end.

A dual status should not be published.

Validation has been added to ensure unpublished items are not displayed on the frontend. This enhancement will be available in version 2.6.0.
