Modifier for mobile Phone - it would wrap the header in two lines - leaving the "small UniProt Logo" in the left top corner, compact search bar next to it, on the-second row would wrap the action buttons on the left, but on the right icons - the same as in other headers -info/help, contact and the basket

Description of the new modifier(s) behaviour
once the header component reach breaking point of 414 px it wraps to compact header

Are the purpose and function of the component the same?
the same component with wrapping added for the mobile size
