Describe the bug
When the post hooks are run the coturn.sh script gets run first and after that the permission_fix.sh.
The permission_fix.sh should be run first since the coturn service needs the permissions and fails first because the permissions did not get fixed.

Expected behavior
Fix permission first, then run service
