Hello maintainers!

I successfully built the updated IGV version introduced with #22043, but when trying to actually run the software it raises an error for Java version mismatch: It looks like IGV 2.19.1 was built on Java 21.
I edited the easybuild config to use Java 21 and re-built: this solved the issue in runtime.
