stomp.publishable property does not exist as per docs #48

The stomp.publishable boolean property does not exist in the source code (thus is always 'falsey' if referenced in my code)

The property is mentioned in the README.md and the npm docs page

since 2015, somebody knows how to know if i can use publish method

i saw a property writable
