pyRTE+RRTMGP is installable on additional operating systems (Windows, macOS ARM). The feasibility of supporting Windows is unclear.

Do we expect users to have Visual Studio installed on Windows? Or can we just distribute Windows binaries?

The goal should be to have Windows binaries with a Python frontend available on conda!

We can take a look at this once #60 is merged - at least to test feasibility!
