Upgrading from 5.1.0 to 5.1.1 failed because 5.1.0's tar.bz2 was still in /tmp

please can you be mere specific? what does "failed" mean here? what do you see?
is it only about a /tmp full?

@dizzzz No worries - this is more of a note to self. I've assigned myself the ticket and will take it from here.

/tmp/exist.tar.bz2 is tidied up by the code already. I could add a file ensure => absent for good measure...
