standardized percentiles/bins

As a user I want calculate bins, similar to the percentile feature, but with a fixed height so I can distinguish grassland from reed beds for example.

The current percentile feature can be very helpful when comparing shapes of trees and we are not so much interested in the height of the tree. It however doesn't help much when we want to distinguish between grass and reed or even between grass and trees. We want to add a feature that describes the density in bins of heights that are fixed over the whole dataset (or fixed over a larger area).
