As per headers and SBOM of SPDX we are supporting AGPL-3.0-or-later
But the distribution license in LICENSE.txt is AGPL-3.0-only

This marks the project severe invalid on SBOM audit tools checks like FOSSA

the LICENSE file should be handled bu REUSE (reuse download -all) or aligned
by hand, or, change all the headers.
