Public Private Toggle Colours

In the toggling of private and public, public is grey - this might subconsciously signify to the user that public feedback is bad - is there a way to change the "on-off" switch to more of a toggle style and for public and private to have the same colouring when they're turned on? i.e. when they're turned off they're grey and when they're turned on they're teal
