There needs to be an explanation of the feedback process
It should cover the following:

  • Clarifying that this is a form to provide feedback on dwyl as a company and is not appropriate to use to provide feedback on individuals
  • What happens after you submit
  • Is this truly anonymous? Does the app track IP addresses? Link to source code to show it doesn't?
  • Clarification that the admin is currently me
  • Does feedback stay in the system forever? Does it expire ever?
  • Explanation of what private and public means
  • Clarification that you are still anonymised when posting "public" feedback posts
