Some new runway has been added. Need to updated the airport layout.

This issues require that the airport layout needs to be redone. Which also implies that the terrain needs to be regenerated. It's not that hard to do as i did that for almost all airports i made in the past, but i don't plan to do it as the scenery won't be 100% compatible with FlightGear TerraSync server (that's a shortcut in my explanation).

My goal is to finish the current work that is ongoing and push everything to the TerraSync server.

What i can do is fix the airport layout and send the new layout to Robin of X-Plane, so that this airfield update will be available in the next Terrain rebuild.

Before i start fixing this airport layout, i need to go back on this airfield and check some things on site.
