Hello, sorry for late reply!

I do not own a snap developer account and do not plan on making one, as I dislike the idea of having too many package managers and also have no experience with the snap store. Basically I'm just looking for someone who would be able to take care of maintaining the snap package, this mostly means uploading and updating the app onto the platform and testing it at least a bit. I should then, be able to provide the .snap file with every release.
